A king-size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower),

a single bed in the second bedroom/office, a guest bathroom with a bath.

The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances such as dish washer, stove, coffee machine for filter coffee, toaster, microwave-oven combo … and, of course, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, glasses, etc. In case of power cuts, a gas ring will always allow you to brew a cup of tea or coffee and large water tanks provide security in this respect.

Variable-speed fans are installed in all bedrooms and in the living area. The cabin is well insulated, and during the cooler winter months a little heater will fan away any morning chill.

Full-length glass sliding doors open from both bedrooms and the living area onto the broad wooden deck, which has a Weber gas braai and patio furniture.

The TV has DStv connection - just plug in your decoder & smartcard. Overseas visitors will find a basic choice of 30 programs. In addition, there is a DVD-player and a USB port, so bring DVDs or a flashstick with movies or music on. There is also a selection of DVDs in German and English.

Washing machine, tumble drier and ironing equipment are in the utility room under the house. Next to it, you can enjoy a proper work-out in the shade under the deck on an exercise bike / home trainer, with a magnificent view into the foliage and to the lagoon in the background.

A car port is available in 50m distance. The complex is enclosed by an electric fence and access-controlled.
